A quiet, careful workspace for matchmakers.
H4M is the internal client-management system used by the matchmakers of H4M Matchmaking, the LGBTQ matchmaking practice founded in Austin, Texas in 2012. It holds client intakes, introductions, notes, and scheduling in one place, and connects to each matchmaker's own Google Calendar so bookings live where they already work.
Client roster and intake
Structured intake, preferences, and dealbreakers for every client the practice represents, searchable in one roster.
Introductions and matches
Propose a match, track how the introduction progresses, and record outcomes and feedback from both sides.
Scheduling
Book introductions, intake calls, and check-ins, and see them alongside everything else on the matchmaker's calendar.
Notes and follow-ups
Session notes, reminders, and a timeline of every conversation, so nothing about a client is held only in memory.
Why H4M asks for access to your calendar
Connecting a calendar is optional and is initiated by the matchmaker inside the app. Once connected, H4M writes the bookings it creates onto that calendar and keeps them in step when they change. Nothing else happens automatically.
